Symptoms
You do not have the required permissions or your current license does not include Open Access.
Procedure
You may see this message if the licence you have applied does not include Open Access.
A Teams edition licence (or above) is required for this feature.

To check the licence edition you are using see How to check which licence key is being used. To see what is included in different product edition licences see the Licensing Overview.
- Open Access is not supported with the Test licence.
- If you are trialling SquaredUp and see this message please contact us (all features should be present on a trial licence, regardless of the user limit).
- If you have upgraded your licence then you should reactivate your licence to receive the upgraded functionality.
When using one SquaredUp server and you have purchased SquaredUp you will probably have the Production (Primary) licence applied. If you are trialling, then you will be using the trial licence. You can see which licence is applied from the top right-hand menu ☰ > Licensing.
When using high availability (HA) then you will want the Primary and Secondary licences applied to the respective servers. You can see which licences are applied to each server from the top right-hand menu ☰ > Maintenance > High Availability.
A user may see this message if they are not a SCOM administrator and they are not an author for the Team Folder.
