The number of users allowed to log on is restricted by the number of licences (Named Users) on your licence, as listed above. See How to manage Named Users
Where to find your Dashboard Server activation key
You will need a specific Dashboard Server licence activation key to install SquaredUp Dashboard Server. This will be a different key to any other you might have received from SquaredUp for other products. You will have received this by email after you purchased Enterprise edition or requested your free edition.
How can I upgrade to Dashboard Server Enterprise edition?
Dashboard Server Enterprise edition (or above) is required for access to the Splunk tile, ServiceNow tile, Azure App Insights tiles, High Availability, and Team Folders.
