Each SquaredUp instance should have only one SquaredUp licence key installed. This is usually either a trial licence, or - after purchasing SquaredUp - the Primary or Secondary licence. You may have both a Primary and a trial licence installed, for example, if you are trialling new features while considering a licence upgrade.
To check which licence is being used by an instance of SquaredUp, open SquaredUp on a particular server by using the localhost address on the server itself or using the server name in the URL, for example
- In SquaredUp click on the right-hand menu ☰ and then on system.
- Click on licensing .
Here you can remove a licence, but if you accidentally remove the active licence you may not be able to access SquaredUp again without contacting SquaredUp Support.
