Open Access enables easy sharing of dashboards throughout your organization. Open Access allows users to view a version of the dashboard with simplified interactivity. Open Access dashboards do not require authentication and do not consume Named User licences.

They enable you to deliver dashboards and delegate control to different teams within your organisation (or to different clients if you are a service provider). You can customise which users see which dashboards, and choose to delegate authoring permissions to different users.
Named Users refers to the list of users who can log on to SquaredUp. The number of Named Users is restricted by the number of Named User licences you have purchased.
Theme Personalisation allows users to view SquaredUp in either dark theme or light theme.
|High availability (HA)|
High availability (HA) allows you host two or more separate instances and having them read data from a shared location, such as a network share or drive.
VADA (Visual Application Discovery & Analysis) allows you to automatically discover and map your applications and troubleshoot server connections.
|EA Designer||EA Designer enables you to create Enterprise Applications see Enterprise Applications and How to create an Enterprise Application.|
|End user availability reporting|
End user availability reporting - The Report Availability option for Enterprise Applications allows you to manually change the health state of an application from available to either degraded or unavailable, as well as enter your own message to users. See How to manually set the health state of an application.
|PowerShell-based availability monitoring|
PowerShell-based availability monitoring allows you to use a PowerShell script to test application availability. Take a look at the webinar Advanced Application Availability Monitoring (40 mins).
