Unable to access the SquaredUp Support Portal or v2 Knowledge Base

Symptoms

Unable to access SquaredUp support tickets via the Support Portal or support articles in the SquaredUp v2 Knowledge Base.

This does not affect access to the SquaredUp v4 Knowledge Base and you can still contact SquaredUp Support.

Procedure

Freshdesk, the product SquaredUp uses for the Support Portal and the SquaredUp v2 Knowledge Base, no longer supports TLS 1.0.

TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are still supported.
