The Primary license should be used on your first Squared Up Production server.
The Secondary license is only for use in high availability (HA) configurations. See How to configure high availability
The Test & Dev (Lab) license is included free of charge with the Enterprise Starter Pack and Enterprise Application Monitoring edition.
The Trial license allows for unlimited users and all features for a 30 day evaluation in your own environment and is available from here

Open Access enables easy sharing of dashboards throughout your organization. Open Access dashboards are non-interactive, do not require authentication and do not consume Named User licenses. See Open Access
High availability (HA) allows you to set-up Squared Up in a load balanced configuration using your Primary License and Secondary License. See How to configure high availability
Named Users refers to the number of users who can log on to Squared Up, and is restricted by the number of licenses (Named Users) you have purchased. See Who can log on to Squared Up
