Unable to access Squared Up support tickets via the Support Portal or support articles in the Squared Up v2 Knowledge Base.
This does not affect access to the Squared Up v4 Knowledge Base and you can still email email@example.com
Freshdesk, the product Squared Up uses for the Support Portal and the Squared Up v2 Knowledge Base, no longer supports TLS 1.0.
TLS 1.1 and TLS 1.2 are still supported.
