EventID 1000 Errors for w3wp.exe in HA environment
In a High Availability (HA) Dashboard Server environment, you might experience the Default App Pool crashing on one of the servers, and EventID 1000 in the Ops Manager event log.

This issue can be caused by a corrupted SCOM agent or APM component.
To fix this issue, you can repair the SCOM agent and re-install the APM component. If you do not use the APM feature, you can completely remove the APM components.
