The tile could not be found, you may be missing a dashboard pack
This message may be seen on a dashboard tile:
The <Tile name> tile could not be found, you may be missing a dashboard pack.
This error can occur if your SquaredUp edition does not include the tile referenced by the dashboard. This can happen if you have imported a dashboard pack that was created on a SquaredUp edition different to the edition you are using, for example you have imported a dashboard pack created on the SCOM edition into the Azure edition.
You can either download the dashboard pack intended for your product edition from https://dashboards.squaredup.com/ or remove the affected tiles from the dashboard.
Alternatively, it can mean that the dashboard references tiles found in a dashboard pack that you do not have installed.
This can occur if a dashboard pack is missing.
To fix this issue, install the missing dashboard pack from the SquaredUp right-hand menu ☰ > Import dashboard packs page and the error should disappear.
If it does not disappear immediately, you may need to reload Dashboard Packs:
- In SquaredUp click on the top right hand menu ☰ > system > dashboards
- Click the reload button at the bottom of the page.
