Symptoms

When activating Dashboard Serveryou see the following message:

"The activation key you have entered is incompatible with this version of Dashboard Server"

Procedure

The activation key being used is not valid for the version of Dashboard Server.

Please contact SquaredUp Support with details of the problem and the activation key.
